System recommandations

Either form an audit, a clear need already identified or a will from the board of your company, a new system may be required to develop a new market, save time, money and leverage customer satisfaction as well as employee efficiency and comfort.

International Project management

Once a project which involves system implementation or upgrade is decided, you need to organize the work with a mix of internal and external resources. Taking into account the budget, and the technical resources and constraints, a master planning should be built and followed up carefully.

Facing the complexity of international partners management, with time zone, cultural and expertise variation, the importance of a regular and close communication should not be underestimated as it is as one of the most critical key success factor.

Change Management & Training

Last but not least, when dealing with project within your organization which requires your staff knowledge extension or upgrade, the Training should be considered carefully and the appropriate tools and means should be delivered.

While during the life of a project a Change Management stream may be considered but not required, the Training final step is a must that will ensure the smooth Go Live of the new process or system implementation.
